How to get a refund

Send one email to hello@depositback.store from the address you used at checkout, any time within 30 days of your purchase. That's the whole process — you don't need to explain anything, return anything, or fill in a form.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Because the kit is an instant digital download, there is nothing to ship back. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of your email; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
