How delivery works

The moment your payment completes, your download link appears in two places:

• on the order confirmation screen, and
• in a confirmation email sent to the address you used at checkout.

Download links are delivered through Shopify's Digital Downloads service.

Can't find your download?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Search your inbox for "DepositBack".
• Still nothing? Email hello@depositback.store and we'll resend your link.
